I purchased a battery in June of 2015. Paid $188 for a new battery with a three-year warranty. Employee who helped me was courteous and installed the battery quickly. Fast forward to June of 2016, my car breaks down again. I have it towed to a local shop because I figure it can't be the battery, it's only a year old. But the shop calls me and says the date stamp is from 2013. So when I paid $188 for a new battery, I got a two year-old battery. Check the date stamps folks. Will not shop here again. Feedback: You could have given me the product that I paid $188 for -- a new battery. Not a two year-old battery that would die in a year and leave me stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree heat.

I needed my battery replaced ASAP, so I placed my order online to take advantage of a 20% coupon the website was offering. The store opened at 7:30am, and a gentleman by the name of David took good care of me. He checked to make sure that the battery was in fact the issue, and then proceeded to install my battery. He did caution that if any other customer was to walk in, he would stop to take care of them, to which I agreed and understood. He was done in about 5 minutes; very professional and courteous.

i bought a battery there and was expecting the free installation that they market. i counted 4 signs that stated this policy in the store. I was told by Ray that he would not install it b/c it would take too much time. I was one of two customers in the store at the time with at least 3-4 workers present. i took it home and installed it in 8 minutes. Too much time? How about too little customer service. i will go out of my way for my future auto parts purchases to avoid this place.
